They were all sorts of ages, sizes, and dress. Children, maidens, and women in the prime of their lives. Once upon a time, there was a lovely young girl and she ran into a forest as black as night. She had hair that would sometimes seem bright as gold, and other times seem brown as wet sand. Her eyes would be as blue as a stormy sea, or as green as twining ivy. She laughed like the sun, and stormed like the thunder, and wept like gentle spring rain.
